COE provides timeless principles and cutting edge coaching tools that youth sports coaches and youth sport parents can utilize simply and immediately. YOUTH COACHES & LEADERS
Level 1 – “GET ONE!”
(One 90 minute Workshop)
“Next Level Coaching for the 21st Century Youth Coach…You can’t play today’s game with yesterday’s rules”. This is our foundational workshop, this must be offered before offering level 2 and level 3 workshops. This is also our Keynote for major Conferences.
Deliverables from this Workshop:
- What is 3-Dimensional Coaching®
- How to Speak Greatness™ into others
- Proactively handling parents and making them your ally
- Secrets to motivating & connecting to the 21st century athlete and parent.
By the end of this workshop your people will not only develop a coaching philosophy and plan for themselves, but they will also form a vision and plan for how they will coach their parents and athletes to make them keep coming back year after year!
Workshop Costs:
$1,750.00* for Phase 1 Workshop and $3,000.00 * for 2 Workshops on separate dates. *Plus travel costs if more than 2 hour drive from Denver, Colorado (flights and one night hotel cost)
Keynote Costs:
$2,500.00* for Keynotes on Youth Level Events with Rod Olson as your speaker. *Plus travel costs if more than 2 hour drive from Denver, Colorado (flights and one night hotel cost)
Investment cost to you: Attendance must be mandatory.
Level 2 – “Take Two!”
(Two – 90 minute Progressive Workshops)
If you choose our “Take Two” training option the coaches in your youth organization will receive 2 workshops: 1) Our Level 1 foundational workshop “Next Level Coaching Tools for the 21st century Youth Coach” and then at the mid point of their season your coaches will convene for their second workshop in the series 2) “The 5 Marks of a Mature Youth Coach”.
Deliverables from this Workshop:
- Quick reinforcement/review of top points from workshop #1
- Given a checklist to encourage, equip and challenge them to be a mature, master youth coach and person
- Challenged to take themselves and those around them to a deeper level as a coach and person in the areas of: Simplicity, Balance, Patience, Relationships with athletes, parents, officials, the ability to be a master connector as a coach and leader, give feedback without resentment from others.
- Given specific tools to accomplish the above and continue on their path of becoming the best coach and leader they can possibly be in the 21st century

(Three – 90 minute Workshops: 2 Coaches & 1 Parent)
If you choose our “Go the Distance” training option the coaches in your youth organization will receive 2 workshops: 1) Our Level 1 foundational workshop “Next Level Coaching Tools for the 21st century Youth Coach” and then at the mid point of their season your coaches will convene for their second workshop in the series 2) “The 5 Marks of a Mature Youth Coach” and you will also receive our “Parents Pursuing Victory at Home and in Athletics” workshop for your parents (See description below).

SPORTS PARENTS
“Parents Pursuing Victory” Workshops
These fun and heart-felt 60-90 minute workshops equip parents with the tools they need to deal with the rigors of having a child in sport and how to use sport as a vehicle to teach life lessons.
COE also gives parents the tools they need to deal with a difficult coach or parent and the famous “Car Ride Rules”!
